Mission Statement of Guarding
Cyber Force Security and Investigations (CFSI) endeavours to provide asset protection services at a level that is higher than the client’s expectations, achieved by total dedication to customer orientation and proactive management.
Security Officers
The operational approach of CFSI is simple: Quality before quantity. It is one of the smaller providers of asset protection but it is tightly managed.
CFSI strives to build a long-term relationship with its clients for a number of reasons:
* The better the business of the client is understood, the more proactive the security management.
* The cost/benefit ratio improves as the learning curve is ascended.
* Mutual trust develops - indispensable in the security industry.
Quality management
Supervision includes regular site inspections by senior members in the company which ensures quality performance at all sites.
Motivation of employees
It is a universal truth that no matter how good a company may perform there always will be corrupted employees. With regards to this our company has its way getting rid of such behaviour or maintaining it at minimal by rewarding outstanding performance from deserving employees. For an employee to run for the prize of the employee of the month, the following are considered:
- Number of arrests made during the course of the month by a particular employee,
- information given out by a particular employee that leads to an arrest and attendance according to the issued roaster.
Security Grading System
Grade E: The minimum requirement for a security officer. The main tusk performed by an officer
with such a qualification is access control
Grade D: All the above, including the tasks of searching, despatch/receiving and dog-handler.
Grade C: All the above, but is registered to carry and use a firearm, and can be a system checker.
Grade B: All the above, but is a qualified Supervisor.
Grade A: All the above, but is a qualified manager
